Anthony, Lindsay and Micah are the cutest family and I am SO happy I was able to capture their family photos. They haven’t had professional photos taken since Micah was only a baby, so they were long overdue for some updated family photos!
When Lindsay filled out our family get-to-know-you questionnaire before her session, she explained that Micah is into Star Wars and Lego, and I thought, “Am I Micah?” It was a match made in heaven! We talked Bad Batch and Galaxy’s Edge, he told me about his newest Ninjago Lego set. The dream! Oh, and Lindsay and Anthony were great too!!
If you haven’t been following on the blog or my Instagram, I’m in love with Gray Silo. It’s the most beautiful lavender farm in Durham Region (possibly the world), and I absolutely love shooting here! Dave and Michelle at Gray Silo Lavender Farm have been busy harvesting the lavender but you wouldn’t have even known! The blooms are still so beautiful and made for some great photos! We were also able to sneak away for some couples photos for Lindsay and Anthony as Micah was completely captivated by catching tadpoles in the pond (don’t worry, it’s only a few inches deep).
All in all it was a great way to spend a Sunday evening! It was so nice to get to know this incredible family. Check out a sneak peek of a few of my favourite photos from this session!
